If you are looking for some free hosting for a small community, blog, or anything along those lines, feel free to use the Contact page and ask, generally if it sounds cool to me, I wont have any problem hosting it. I will also bind a domain to your hosting if you have one, just set DNS servers and I will do the rest (we can do that after you contact me, of course.) If you WANT a domain I will register one through my own hosting for you, costs me $10.95/year. So send me $11 per year you want to have a domain and I'll gladly do it for you, but the best advice I can give you is to just do it yourself and set DNS, if you have no idea how to do that, than feel free to pay me to!

If your looking for a little more space on your FTP and even shell access on hosting, I can only say to go sign up for a DreamHost web hosting account, use the referral email "les@dazik.com" @ signup for a free domain!
