Global Agenda Raid Timer (Logitech g15 Mod) coming soon…
August 29th, 2010I got tired of having to beg people for raid times so I took the incentive to cheat a bit, I wrote a LUA script that uses a (illegal) sniff of packets to pull out raid info, the info it pulls is just the second raid becomes active it sets the default g15 countdown mod to run for 1hr 30m meaning that the countdown is never more than a few seconds off if even that. The way it works is you sit in dome when raid is about to start, when the red light turns on it starts the timer and loops the same timer every time previous ends, this means that you will have raid time on LCD at all times in game and out, but once the server crashes or restarts, anything to reset the raid timer, you will need to be in dome for it to resync and get new time.
This mod is not completely finished, in fact its barely even working, so far all that works is a script i wrote to pull the info from timer, the LCD display timer is actually off by about 3 minutes, which means somewhere its getting delayed, however the mod I wrote itself is fetching the data instantly and my text script is working perfect. Once I get the bugs fixed and have everything set (as well as send to a few friends to test and make sure I didnt miss anything), I will edit this post and have the download for the mod in the Downloads section of this site.
Look forward to seeing people spamming raid timer in city chat, save me the trouble
Akensai IRC
August 6th, 2010In the last month or so the IRC Network @ Akensai.net has really grown, went from 20 users the past few months to now sitting on around 60-70 at any given time, not to mention we no longer have 1 trashy shell for the entire network, as of yet we have 6 active client servers, full services, a ton of security features, and a multitude of custom modules and scripts that other networks will never have.
I would like to say I'm surprised about the amount of people using the network but I'm really not, I expected at least 200 way sooner from some different gaming communities I know and a few I helped build, but nobody wants to be associated with Japsclan.
In any case I'd rather have people like Japs on my network than random gaming communities, most of what I learned with coding, design and the internet in general can be traced back to my roots in Japs. Funny how people everyone see's as kiddies is actually collaboratively more intelligent than any other community I have ever been in.

The 60′s
July 14th, 2010
I'll start this off by saying this is mainly a test of a new feature im planning to implement into SoundRoam, but that does not mean that's all its for. Afterall, everyone has a reason for everything besides what they tell everyone else, story of life and what have you I suppose, however the universe works; its what scares me the most.
That actually worked but the autoplay was driving me crazy so I removed it.
Oh wow, that worked entirely the way I wanted it too! Well then, I suppose that means you will be seeing an "Embed" feature on SoundRoam within a short time, not sure how hard it will be to create the embed code on it though, so we'll see.
Other than that, the song of choice for this experiment is solely in regards to my belief that the 60's was the best decade in history, everyone had a goal by the time they could walk, it was possible to achieve said goals, and the economy was at least somewhat likeable, not to mention everyone was friendly, instead of the times we live in now in which your best friend, your brother, or even your parents will screw you over as long as it benefits themselves. So yes, I would trade anything to be born in the 50's so I could live as a teenager in the 60's. The world as we know it is trash, whatever happened to Sex, Drugs, and Rock N Roll? All we have now is AIDS, Crack, and Techno.
